Dear Haiyan,

I finally arrived back in the States last night.  It was wonderful to see you last week and to have the opportunity to meet Professor Luke Peng and your students.  My students loved the evening and told me later that this was one event in our trip that should be repeated. They learned a great deal from you and from your students, who I must say have outstanding skills in English!  I thank you for setting it up for us. This will be one of my fondest memories of this trip.
